Hi I’m Chelsea, a nutritionist and personal chef that specializes in using food to help women feel happier and healthier in their lives. I make this happen by providing the tools and support needed to feed them selves well and make eating joyful rather than stressful. In my practice, my goal is to lead women away from that pressure to be perfect and towards a healthy lifestyle that is sustainable, enjoyable and truly nourishing for their unique needs.
I became interested in nutrition at an early age – but learning how to cook in my holistic nutrition master’s program changed everything! There, I learned that food is more than just calories and nutrients. Food allows us to slow down, connect with one another and tune into our bodies. I learned that healthy food doesn’t (and shouldn’t be) bland! And most importantly, I fell in love with creating nourishing and colorful meals for others!
I am inspired by hard-working women that juggle it all. However, I don’t think they always get the credit or support they deserve, which is what makes my job both important and rewarding! I provide a caring and genuine nutrition support system for women that gives them the undivided attention they deserve!
