I was first introduced to Ayurveda during my Yoga teacher training and immediately fell in love: the framework of elements and opposing qualities immediately made sense. I love that in the world of wellness trends and fads, Ayurveda offers simple individualized approach to well-being, clearing a lot of overwhelm, confusion and guilt.

As an Ayurvedic wellness coach I work with an individual as a whole, assessing imbalances in the mind, body and spirit. I then suggest simple and practical changes in diet, lifestyle, daily habits, and exercise. Taken regulary, these steps will help you restore balance, reduce stress, and, over time, change your entire state of well-being. I work with you to find solutions fitting your life circumstances: identify actions that are realistic to do, and yet play a key part in bringing you back into the optimal state. My goal is not to add more to your already full plate: this practice is about focusing on the most essential, while simplifying, streamlining and subtracting the non-essential.

Another way to experience the magic of Ayurveda is through it’s amazing body therapies: warm oil massage (Abhyanga), body wraps with medicinal herbs and Shirodhara (relaxing treatment when warm oil is poured over the forehead).

In the end, you will get recommendations and treatments tailored for you, complemented with kind support and accountability to help you make the necessary changes.
