JENNY RHODES – YOGA TEACHER + PRE & POST NATAL YOGA
I help you find your zen again and feel at home and vibrant in your body with the practice of traditional yoga, mantra, breathwork & meditation for ease, positivity and joy. I’m incredibly passionate about what I teach and practice because it can literally transform your life in a way that ripples out to benefit all those around you. I know firsthand because I’ve worked with these ancient techniques for over 20 years.
I owe my resiliency, emotional flexibility and inner strength to the practice and principals of yoga, and I love sharing those gifts so we may all more ease-fully handle the challenges life presents us everyday.
I infuse yoga philosophy, healing mantra, guided meditation and breath-work into my Slow Flow, Hatha, prenatal and postnatal (with baby) Yoga Classes. I teach adults, teens, pregnant & postnatal women, helping students find calm increase clarity & focus, build strength & stamina and truly heal from within. All genders, body types and levels of experience welcome, always!
Services offered: Public & private yoga for teens & adults, pregnant and postnatal mamas including retreats & unique seasonal offerings & workshops fostering community and nutritious, vegetarian food and monthly blog posts.
- Privates: $125 with 20% discount when booking 4 or 6 session packages
