Let’s get rooted, awaken our feminine energy, and invite clarity in a time of uncertainty.
Ryan will facilitate a group share and then lead us through a movement and meditation practice. The goal of the session is to shake free and discharge stuck and stagnant energy so that we may become more at ease and capable of handling life’s current challenges with grace. This class is a little bit yoga, a little bit pelvic work, and a whole lotta feel good release.
Things you may want to think about or bring:
- A quiet space where you can listen and speak without waking anyone
- A soft floor with room to move and lay down
- Low lighting or candles
- An small item that brings you joy, love, or positive memories (i.e. a stone, a flower, a picture)
- A cushion or pillow
- A cup of tea or glass of water
- Essential oils or good smells

Dr. Ryan Simmons is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who helps women of all ages solve vagina problems. Her treatment methods are individualized, integrative, and trauma-informed. She uses movement, myofascial release, breath work, meditation, nutritional counseling, and lifestyle coaching to improve the health and wellbeing of women of all ages.
