COVID-19 has us spinning. Craving information and reassurance, we turn to the news and social media to stay connected to the world and each other. On-line platforms are essential to our survival right now. However, it is also crucial to our physical and mental health that we find respite from the constant flow of information – and resulting disembodiment – that comes from relying solely on screen-based communication.
