Come join me for a morning coffee/tea and early class!
Every year I see people go through major detoxing usually at two times: New Years and the beginning of Spring. We don’t always need to do intense stripping of our systems to encourage movement, balance and cleansing. With the help of nourishing food, movement practices and herbal medicine, we can gracefully come into the Spring months without doing anything extreme and in-turn support our systems to improve skin, digestion, allergies and immune health. We will talk about Chinese medicine philosophy, how Spring is the time of Liver and things we can do to support this. We will also learn about some local herbs like Dandelion, Cleavers and Red Clover that can help support our lymph & liver through this time! I will talk you through making an herbal oxymel which is a vinegar & honey mix!
There are no refunds, returns or exchanges for this class. However, if you have an emergency, please contact me!
Feel free to prep any herbs you would like me to look at or if you want to make an herbal oxymel with me at home, please have herbs, honey, apple cider vinegar and a jar to put them in (like a Ball pint jar). Once you buy a ticket, you will receive a link to WebEx (a quick download, similar to Zoom) and a handout.
(Tuesday) 9:30 am - 11:00 am PST
